To create an account, all you need to do is click the ‘My Account’ icon and select ‘Register’ to enter in your details.

Please make sure that you type your own name clearly in English and ensure that the delivery address matches the billing address of your credit or debit card.

Once your account is created, you’re ready to Login and begin purchasing!

Shopping With Us

First, you’ll want to make sure that you have an account with us before you begin ordering. As soon as you sign in, all you have to do is browse the categories at the top of our page, click on an item, select the size, colour, personalized add-ons, and then click ‘Add to Cart.’

Once you’ve added every item you want to your cart, you can then click ‘Go to Checkout’ and choose your preferred method of payment. Then, you can complete your order.

Within a few hours, you’ll receive an email confirmation to your registered email address once we’ve processed your order.

As soon as we’re done crafting it to the highest quality standards, we’ll send you a photo of your products. Don’t forget to check your junk and spam folder just in case!

Payments

We accept payment from Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Revolut.

Please ensure that any credit and debit cards you use are registered with the account address. We’ll do our part to verify them via a third party before sending over your goods.

If you’re buying internationally, then please check to ensure that your card is set up for international payments.

Unfortunately, if you have a card that’s due to expire in 5 days or want to order from a prepaid card, we’re unable to service you.

Delivery

It usually takes around 2 full business days for our goods to ship to our customers after we spend about 3 working days personalizing your products. Your personalized shipping date will be confirmed upon checkout.

In general, our shipping is free for all orders over €50 in Ireland. If your overall cart is less than €50, your shipping costs will be €6 per order.
For international shipping we charge An Post rates which are around €10 for UK and EU countries.

Please contact us about other destinations or larger parcels and for any updates on the shipping rates.

Returns And Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty. If your product arrives damaged, please do not accept it from the carrier. In such instances, you’ll have 28 days from the dispatch of the order to return the items through any carrier of your choice. Make sure to include your invoice as proof of purchase!
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide for any shipping costs related to returns.
Once we receive your return, your refunds will be released to you in about 3 working days.
